Hello Homeowners:
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Brian Molthen, the new HOA President. Bill English passed the reigns to me earlier this month. We should all be thankful for the leadership Bill provided during our first year. He was able to salvage a completely chaotic and cash strapped organization, and guide us towards a more efficient and fiscally viable future. Both Bill and Bob Hosford have elected to stay on as Board members, and we are joined by new owner Wayne Newbill.
During our Annual Association Meeting, the Board presented a budget recommendation to the attendees, along with a statement of our financial affairs. The Board would like to thank homeowner Steve Faylor for his assistance in preparing these documents.
In addition, it was decided to solicit bids for a property management company to manage HOA affairs. The Board received a single bid, and it was determined that the better option would be to continue handling affairs by the Board.

Payments are due by the 10th of each month. Late payments will incur a fee of $10.00. Past due balances will be assessed a finance charge of 18% APR. Due to late invoices, March payments will be due March 31st. Remember that your dues are used to maintain the entire complex.

You will find a section on upcoming projects, and a Homeowner survey. The survey will be used to update contact information and gauge opinion on payment preferences. There have been several issues with residents of the complex. Trash should not be place on your doorstep. Please take all trash to the dumpster immediately. On our website I have posted a picture of the mess that is behind the dumpster. Trash should be placed inside of the dumpster not around it. Pet waste should be picked up immediately. Drug use and other illegal behavior is strictly forbidden.
